At KJCompassion, we offer a safe, compassionate, respectful, and confidential space for you to explore your emotions, life challenges, and stressful or traumatic experiences. We have over 39 years of combined experience in working with clients, utilizing a broad range of modalities. We take a holistic approach and empower people to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and strength.
We provide ‘one on one’ professional counselling using a variety of evidenced based therapies combined with mindful self-compassion. Telehealth sessions are also available.
Our mindful self-compassion workshop provides a one-day introduction to teach participants practical skills and techniques for cultivating mindfulness and self-compassion in their daily lives. A full course is also available.
