What to expect

This highly transformative workshop and course will help you cultivate:

WORKSHOP

This is one day from
9:00 am to 4:30 pm,
held mostly on Saturdays.
Morning and afternoon refreshments provided.

COURSE

This is a course running across
9 weeks: 8 weeks of structured
course material for 2.5 hours
per week and 1 additional
session for a half day ‘mindful meditation
retreat’.

Kathryn Cripps & Judith Clark have worked for many hours together facilitating a variety of groups in different environments for different services. They both are passionate about the benefits that group dynamics bring to the learning environment. They were both lucky enough to complete their Teacher Training with Dr Christopher Germer (www.centerformsc.org).

No experience is necessary for either workshop or course.
